Adapted from Lemon-Pepper Salmon II. This is a delicious recipe I came across on Allreicpes.com. I was looking for a simple recipe for fresh salmon fillet without it drying out. Although the ingredients are simple, the fish turned out moist and flavorful.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Italian Seasoning, Salt and Pepper to taste
- Lemon Juice
Steps
1. Preheat the oven broiler, grease a baking sheet.2. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce and melted butter together
3. Dip each salmon fillet into mixture and place on greased baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper as desired. Finish off with half a teaspoon of lemon juice at the center of each salmon fillet.
5. Broil on low until a fork comes out flakey.
